AdaptableBlotter.JS includes a large range of Functions that are designed to help you to work more productively and efficiently. Each function deals with a common grid behaviour in intuitive and exciting new ways, often providing functionality not previously available.
Some Functions include a Toolbar so that you can use the Function quickly and easily.
Many Functions allow you to create Adaptable Blotter Objects (via Wizards) that you can re-use repeatedly as you work in the Blotter.
Functions which tend to work on a column can also be accessed via the Column Menu (available when you click the menu in a Column Header).
The Functions provided by the Adaptable Blotter (together with details whether they provide a Toolbar, Wizard and Column Menu entry, are:
Each function has a popup screen in which you can manage (i.e. create, edit, delete, and share) the Adaptable Blotter Objects relevant to that function.
There are 2 ways to access the popup for each Function from the Home Toolbar.
Clicking an item in the Functions Dropdown
By clicking a Function Shortcut. You can use the Dashboard function to set up which shortcuts are visible.
Additionally, if the Function has an associated Function Toolbar, you can access the Function's popup by clicking the configure button in the Toolbar.

Some functions allow you to create or edit Adaptable Blotter Objects, such as cell validation rules or advanced searches. To do this, you will use one of the Wizards - a series of ordered steps that guides you through the creation process.
